Our service offerings have been designed to support 3 goals: Help you identify and plan process improvement programs (Management
Consulting), help you build and train your own process management team (Organization Development) and provide a continuous knowledge
base for process management teams and leaders (Research and Publication).
We are committed to providing our customers with

Management Consulting
We help our customers focus on performance and process. We helped several large corporations focus their merger and integration efforts on identification of duplicate or redundant processes, process integration and deriving the IT architecture in support of the post-merger business needs. The managing directors of Process Core Group were the key architects and program managers of the merger of the supply chain systems and processes in the HP/Compaq merger.
The unique service Process Core Group offers is the process team development program. Unlike many of our competitors we help our customers to become a 'process company'. The primary objective of this program is to develop (a) process team(s) and methods and templates for our customers (using an adopt-and-adapt approach), in order to make them self-sufficient.
Training
We develop and deliver training in the area of process management and optimization. Process Core Group has designed the majority of the training classes for the supply chain council, a non-for-profit organization focused on developing and expanding supply chain management excellence. Process Core Group also developed and delivers training at Brainstorm (BPMInstitute) and IQPC Conferences. We have developed customized trainings for many of our customers: process management, process modeling (workflow), performance management, process governance, and more. Our trainings are based on using standards such as SCOR® and related frameworks.
Research & Publication
We perform research activities for our customers in the areas of process management, best practices, standards and metrics. For the Department of Defense we collected operational best practices in large corporations to facilitate a benchmarking program within the Department of Defense. For an automotive customer we researched best practices in IT governance. Process Core Group was consulted by APQC and IBM to support the development of the SCORmark benchmarking service. We continuously research and publish on the benefits of focusing on process as a management tool.
